  • How to Complete Registration

  • Please complete by March 6th, 2023.


    1. Pay the $250/person nonrefundable* registration fee.

    • Go to 100 Fold Studio Donation Page
    • For "Donor Note", write "Laity Lodge Gathering"
    • For "Staff Contact", select "100 Fold"
    • For "How did you hear about us?", please make one selection.
    • Select "One Time" and enter payment information.
    • Please note, registration fees are not tax-deductible donations.

    *If the conference is canceled due to state COVID restrictions, a full refund for the registration fee and deposit will be issued. Lodge reservations and requests for refunds are the responsibility of the attendee. See booking information below.


    2. Register and pay the accommodation fee at Laity Lodge (see event fees above).
    IMPORTANT: FOLLOW ALL STEPS TO ACCESS PRIVATE EVENT BOOKING.

    • You cannot access the private event directly through the website.
    • Click this private registration link to create a Laity Lodge login and profile.
    • If you and your spouse are attending, register as a Family.
    • Our event is titled "LL 100 Fold - April 26-30". Guests arrive April 27th. Board members arrive April 26th.

    3. Book your air and ground transportation.

    • Use San Antonio International Airport (SAT)
    • Guests should arrive between 4-6 pm on Thursday, April 27th
    • Depart by 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 30th
    • The drive from SAT to Laity Lodge in Leakey, TX is a minimum of two (2) hours. Guests are responsible for transportation to and from event*.
    • After booking your flight, please send your itinerary to mia.mazariegos@100foldstudio.org.

    *If you would like to share a rental car, please contact Mia Mazariegos, mia.mazariegos@100foldstudio.org, to see if other participants are arriving/departing at similar times.

  • Attire: Retreat Casual.

    Phones and Internet: Mobile phones don’t work in the lodge. There are no telephones, televisions, radios, or internet access in the rooms. Limited Wi-Fi is available in and around the Great Hall. For emergencies, call reception at 830-291-8640. Laity Lodge staff will relay the message promptly.
