Summer Studio

100 Fold’s Summer Studio is a six-week initiative equipping young professionals and students in leadership, service, and design.

Summer 2025  | Lakeside, Montana

We believe that each of us has been given giftings/talents, and we should use those to serve others, from our own hometowns to the ends of the earth.

Summer Studio explores how faith principles can inform a career in architecture. The transition from academia to professional practice is a challenging adjustment. Summer Studio provides a space for reflection and guidance as students seek to navigate that transition and discern their next steps toward a career of using design to collaborate with and serve others, particularly in developing countries and communities.

Speakers, including architecture professionals, professors, and international nonprofit workers, will share their expertise on design, business, and international service. Lectures, small groups, and one-on-one mentorship will focus on faith and vocation. The Studio will include teachings on cross-cultural design, a collaborative design workshop, and site visits to local projects. Each participant has the potential to earn 100-150 AXP hours toward NCARB’s requirements for licensure.

I became a true follower of Jesus.”

“The Lord really showed me how much fear I have in failure, in not being accepted, and in identity struggles, that I had swept under the rug. He really used this community to redeem those things for me. I’ve learned so much more about architecture by learning about the Lord first!
